Happy New Year!

Esperamos que hayáis pasado un buen fin de año y que hayáis disfrutado de las vacaciones.

Hoy os traemos un "post" sobre algo muy común en estas fechas: New Year's Resolution!

What is New Year's Resoultion?

It's a promise that you make to yourself to start doing something good or stop doing something bad on the first day of the year. (Cambridge Dictionary Online)

You usually write down a list of all the things you would like to change in the new year.

New Year's Resolution lists can be shor or long, it depends on how many things you would like to change or improve about yourself.

Some of the most common resolutions are to:

- lose weight

- be more organised

- eat more healthily

- be more thankful

- quit smoking

- quit drinking

- quit chocolate

- clean the house more often

This year, I would like to eat more healthily.

One of my resolutions for the New Year is to quit smoking; it's a very bad habit.

This year I'm trying to be more organise and keep track of all my things.
